I founded The Isjaka Co. in 2021 after an unplanned opportunity to be a fractional COO/CFO presented myself. I was hooked; I found the experience of helping business owners grow to be truly fulfilling.

We are PARTNERS. Partnership is two people listening to each other and working together to accomplish a common goal.

CAPABILITY is the application of knowledge and skill in an efficient and effective manner. Together, we will leverage your and my capability to address your unease, define goals, and realize a desired outcome.

We are INTENTIONAL.  Quite simply, our objectives and associated actions are purposeful.  The coaching and support provided is deliberate.  

We are PRAGMATIC.  Our services mimic the needs of most small business owners; straight forward pricing, realistic and value-added solutions, transparent and streamlined support.  We strive to live up to Albert Einstein’s belief; “Everything should be made as simple as possible, but no simpler.

FULFILLMENT is the emotion resulting from the achievement of something desired, promised, or predicted.  We value fulfillment, both ours and yours and believe fulfilled partners are effective partners.

Capabilities…

The coaching and fractional capability I provide is founded upon 20+ years of learning and application. I have consulted leaders ranging from F500 c-suite executives to sole proprietorships, elected officials to private entities, across industries ranging from consumer products, healthcare, heavy industry, creative services to name a few.

  • Pragmatic executive coach - I am a certified executive coach that will help you define opportunities, plan objectives, and grow. My support is grounded in tested practices; it is practical, straight-forward, and curated to the client.

  • Promoter of organizational performance - I believe in active assessment and development of talent. I have direct experience supporting both sole-proprietors and executive vice-presidents of human resources alike to actively develop talent. Specific support areas have included: role and responsibility mapping, expectation setting, job-posting and recruitment, growth, performance management, training + development, and succession planning.

  • Developer of executable strategy - I love to dream and challenge clients to do so. A strong vision however is only as useful as the subsequent, actionable execution. I have helped clients enter new markets, grow new capabilities, increase revenue, decrease costs, and improve commercial positions.

  • Advocate of disciplined operations - My professional background is in structure and foundational processes. I help clients ensure the RIGHT knowledge, at the RIGHT time, is known to the RIGHT person, to make the RIGHT decision, for the RIGHT outcome. Process & procedures, role alignment, weekly cadences, resource planning, problem solving, KPI/OKR development and tracking are just a few ways I have helped clients.

  • Believer of sustained transformation - Change is hard. Change is also typically required to make improvements. As a chief transformation officer and vice-president of transformation at large organizations, I know first hand the practices, both good and bad, about how change occurs. I work with partners to ensure any change that is made is for the long-term.
