I founded The Isjaka Co. in 2021 following a 20+ year career advising F500 c-suites and public officials on topics of “transformation” and “operational discipline.” This founding coincided with an opportunity to provide fractional COO services to a creative studio. The practices and processes employed are based upon best practices but scaled and streamlined to the needs of small business owners
I provide small business coaching + consultancy to studio owners. I partner with businesses to address unease, solve problems, improve operational performance, define + achieve goals, and find fulfillment. I do not provide group coaching, webinars, or canned-curriculum; just 1-on-1 support that is intentional, pragmatic and capable. The way it should be.
